Connection errors and blank screen when connecting to a View desktop using PCoIP

Details

Do not edit the Hardware Acceleration settings (Display Properties > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot > Hardware Acceleration) for a desktop that you connect to using PCoIP. If Hardware Acceleration is set too low, PCoIP will not work.

Solution

Make sure that Hardware Acceleration is set to Full.
