In a VI Client or vSphere Client, selecting the Configuration tab displays a System Board 4 ProcHot-Limit exceeded sensor. This symptom might be observed on HP’s AMD G6 platforms, including but not limited to HP ProLiant BL465c G6, HP ProLiant BL495c G6, and HP ProLiant BL685c G6 servers.

Solution

Users should ignore the sensor alert. VMware is working on a solution.
