1) Copy off and save Tripwire agent’s reg.data file from current production server
2) Stop Tripwire Agent on source server
3) Clone source server to new production server
4) Start Tripwire Agent on source server
5) Reset hostname and other configuration parameters on new production server
6) Replace original production reg.data file on production server
7) Delete the contents of Tripwire agent’s vers directory cache on production server
8) Start Tripwire Agent on production server
9) Using Tripwire web interface issue restart/refresh to production server – do not forget to check the refresh option
10) Run a check on production server
